At Rago Shapewear, we want you to feel confident and comfortable in your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your fit, we offer returns and exchanges on unworn items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unworn shapewear in its original packaging, ensuring all hangtags and hygienic liners remain intact and attached.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
